It's an incredible charity set up to honour Scott John Hutchinson (20 November 1981 – 9 May 2018) the lead singer and songwriter of the band Frightened Rabbit. The Tiny Changes Foundation is " a community of tiny change makers, working together to help young minds feel better.. through his music and art Scott made tiny changes that had a big impact. His honesty and openness about his own mental health inspired people from all walks of life".
