£2.95* ROYAL MAIL standard shipping 3-5 working days (*exc. isle of man + channel islands)

£6.95* UPS express shipping 1-2 working days (*exc. isle of man + channel islands)

returns

we hope you’ll love your order but if you need to return it, we can accept returns within 14 days provided the goods are unused, in perfect condition + are in the original packaging. in these circumstances we offer an exchange (exc. postage cost) or a full refund (less the original delivery cost).

you’ll need to email us quoting your order number with the reason for the return before sending anything back so we can assist you.

for peace of mind we recommend you return the package via a tracked service as we can’t be held responsible for missing items. please inc your dispatch note with the order. your refund will be processed upon receipt.

damages / if a parcel arrives damaged or with faulty good please email us quoting your order number so that we can assist you. we’ll ask for photograph of the damaged outer box to send to our couriers. we’ll be able to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund for you.
